International students are automatically considered for scholarships once they have been accepted at the University of Lynchburg. No separate application for reading is required. A student may be eligible for scholarships if he or she is not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or non-citizen Scholarship textbooks indicate the academic standards required for rehabilitation.

Over the first year, bursaries are renewed each year by a student attending the University of Lynchburg, if eligibility for renewal is maintained. Students can receive only one bursary prize. Students must also remain on campus and register full-time to qualify for the bursary.

To qualify for a bursary as an incoming student at Lynchburg University, applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
