Disney Internship for The International Students (previously named the Walt Disney World International Program for the students) is an international internship program operated by the Disney Programs division for the eligible students of The Walt Disney Company at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, in the United States so come and join this internship get experience and work hard to get the skills from the Disney Internship Platform. These programs recruit participants and college students in the Disney Internship Platform (18 years and older) from outside the United States and its territories for year-long cultural exchanges with paid positions and summer-long paid internships for the eligible students, working at the Walt Disney World Resort for the students.

Previous programs for the Disney Internship Platform

Originally, Disney International Programs operated several different types of programs for those students who have quality to work in the same platform for the experience.

• World Showcase Fellowship Program for the students: similar to the Cultural Representative Program but with a structured educational program and community involvement so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.
• International Hospitality Program for the students: aimed to students fluent in Japanese for the students, Portuguese, French or German, pursuing a career in hospitality for the eligible students. Participants were able to experience different work roles all over the resort so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.
• Waterpark/Sports and Recreation Trainee Program for the students: training and development opportunities in Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks as well as recreation locations for students interested in the recreation/leisure industry so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.
• International Culinary Trainee Program for the students: for participants with 2-3 years of experience in the kitchen area of the food service industry for the students, aiming to develop skills in Disney’s food-service locations so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.
• African Cultural Representative Program: for African participants working at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and/or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, similar to the Cultural Representative Program so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.
• International Management Program: primarily for students who had completed one of the above programs, considering experience in management at Walt Disney World Resort so come and join the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.

Application process for Disney Internship 

Eligibility is open to applicants who reside outside the United States or their territories and are not American citizens for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022.

Applicants contact one of the contracted in-country agencies that assist with international applications or the International Casting office with a résumé and cover letter for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022.

Current programs for Disney Internship 

Over the years, several International Programs were operated and subsequently suspended for the students, a new one was created for Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park and ultimately in 2004 for the eligible students, all the Walt Disney World International Programs were combined into two new all-encompassing programs for the students, namely the Walt Disney World Cultural Representative Program and the Walt Disney World International College Program for the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.

Cultural Representative Program

The Cultural Representative Program (CRP) showcases participants’ culture and customs with guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for the international students, over the course of approximately a year for those who are working e for the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022. To qualify for this program, applicants must “authentically represent” one of the countries  for the eligible students

International College Program

The International College Program (ICP) is a program similarly based on the Disney College Program, designed for international students who are currently enrolled in an accredited semester-program college or university for the eligible students, pursuing a 3-to-4 year degree for the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.

• Summer International College Program for the students: students participate in a program similar to the Disney College Program’s summer program for the students, which coincides with their summer vacation/holiday from their college or university for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022.

• Academic Exchange International College Program for the students: students participate in a program which also mirrors the Disney College Program for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022.

H-2B Alumni Program

The H-2B Alumni Program allows participants to work at the resort on an H-2B seasonal work visa as a seasonal employee while in the United States for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022 so never miss the chance. Candidates must complete their current program successfully with a confirmed rehire status and return to school for one semester in their home country before returning on an H-2B visa for the world best Disney Internship Platform 2022.

Housing

From the beginning of the program until 1988, almost all international program participants resided along Disney College Program participants in Snow White Village Campground for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022, an off-property mobile home park for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022 and the remainder of Lake Vista Village apartments in Kissimmee. In 1987, a new apartment complex for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022, Vista Way, was opened for both international and college program participants nearby Lake Buena Vista for the world best Disney Internships Platform 2022.
