Hubei Government Scholarship 2022-2023 is a fully funded scholarship for international students so come this as soon s possible. The initial fund of the scholarship is 35 million yuan (US$5 million) from the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for the students in the Hubei Government Scholarship. The scholarship is classified into three categories with the highest at 40,000 yuan (US$5,700) for each recipient for the students in the Hubei Government Scholarship.

- Applicants for Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Chinese universities and colleges in Beijing region: duration of scholarship should be under 4 years for the students in the Hubei Government Scholarship
- Applicants for Chinese language training or relevant advanced studies in Chinese universities and colleges in the Beijing region: the duration of scholarship should be under one year in the Hubei Government Scholarship
- Scholars and international students for specialized training in Chinese universities and colleges in Beijing region: the duration of scholarship should be under one year in the Hubei Government Scholarship
- Exchange students or students with outstanding contributions to international education in Beijing: the duration of scholarship should be under one year in the Hubei Scholarship

Hubei Government Scholarship Coverage
Hubei Government Scholarship can be classified into 5 types
- Undergraduate Scholarship is 10,000 per year for students;
- Graduate Scholarship is 15,000 RMB per year;
- Doctorate scholarship is 20,000 RMB per year;
- General Scholar Scholarship is 5,000 RMB per 6 months or 10,000 per year for students;
- Advanced Scholar Scholarship (including visiting scholars, similarly hereinafter) is 10,000 per 6 months or 20,000 per year for students.
Eligibility Criteria for Hubei Government Scholarship
To qualify for Hubei Government Scholarship, candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:
- Required Languages: Requirement for the applicant’s language proficiency is based on the requirement of the academic programs and determined by the individual higher learning institution are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Eligible Countries: All World Countries except Chinese citizens are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Applicants should be foreign citizens with valid passport and, should be friendly to China are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Applicants should be well-behaved, hardworking, grade excellent and in good health are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Graduate Scholarship applicants should within the average of 30 year old and have obtained bachelor degree are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- All General Scholar Scholarship applicants should be within the average age of 40 years old  are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Applicants do not obtain any financial aid from Chinese government or other organization are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
- Meeting entry requirements of the applied university and program are eligible for the Hubei Scholarship
