The award will be distributed as follows to the students:

  • Master’s Program (Level 1): $6666.66 per term + ITF (international students) + relocation allowance for the students in the Dalhousie University (if applicable)
  •  doctoral Program (Level 2): The degree is worth $10000 per term plus a relocation allowance for the students in the Dalhousie University Scholarship (if applicable) and a two-year President’s Award.

  • The scholarship will be awarded in sciences, engineering, humanities, and social sciences for the students in the Dalhousie University Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must meet all the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Dalhousie University Scholarship:

  • Both Canadian and international applicants are eligible for the Killam Awards in the Dalhousie University.
  • It is expected that applicants who have also applied for funding from relevant provincial, national, or international agencies are eligible for the Dalhousie University.
  • Non-Canadian applicants are expected to apply for provincial scholarships (NSGS, etc.) and national/international awards for which they are eligible for the Dalhousie University.
  • The recipients of the Killam Predoctoral Scholarships must be eligible to receive support for at least two years for Dalhousie University. At the Master’s level, only new students will be considered for the Dalhousie University. Doctoral students are only eligible if they have spent less than 24 months in the program by May 1st of the award year so come and get the Dalhousie University

    Admission Requirements for Dalhousie University:
  • Students must possess the following:
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree will apply for this
  • Students must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average) in their last 60 credit hours of study can apply for the Dalhousie University
  • Degree granted by a university of recognized standing students can study at Dalhousie University and get scholarships
