Cityline Scholarship 2022 for BIPOC Women in Canada | $5,000 CAD

 

The Cityline Scholarship is now open to women of color in Canada. The scholarships are open to BIPOC women living in Canada with an undergraduate degree who have demonstrated financial need and outstanding academic achievement. Since its inception, The Cityline Scholarship has supported more than 500 deserving women through full-ride scholarships at colleges and universities across Canada, including the University of Toronto, McGill University, York University, Ryerson University, and the University of Alberta, among others.

The Cityline Scholarship was created to help support Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) women in their pursuit of education and career opportunities. By providing financial assistance, the scholarship aims to help break down barriers and create a level playing field. In doing so, we hope to empower the next generation of leaders and build a more inclusive society. Benefits of Cityline Scholarship

The Cityline Scholarship offers up to $5,000 in funding for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) women who are enrolled in a post-secondary program in Canada. This scholarship was created to help offset some of the unique barriers and costs that BIPOC women face when pursuing their education.

Cityline Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The Cityline Scholarship was created to help support Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) women in their pursuit of post-secondary education. To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be a self-identified woman of Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour descent
  • Be enrolled in or have been accepted to a full-time post-secondary institution for the upcoming academic year
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Have a minimum 75% average

Who should apply?

The Cityline Scholarship is open to any Black, Indigenous, or Person of Colour who identify as a woman and are currently enrolled in, or have been accepted to, an accredited post-secondary institution in Canada. Important Dates

The Cityline Scholarship is now open for applications from eligible BIPOC women residing in Canada. The deadline to apply is August 2, 2022. How to Apply?

The Cityline Scholarship was created to help support women of color as they pursue their dreams of higher education. If you are a woman of color who is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Canada, you are eligible to apply. To apply, simply fill out the online application form and submit it along with a copy of your most recent transcript by the deadline of August 2, 2022. Further Information

The Cityline Scholarship is an annual award of $10,000 that is given to a self-identified Black, Indigenous, or Person of Colour woman who is currently enrolled in or has been accepted to a post-secondary institution in Canada. The scholarship was created to help offset the cost of tuition and other associated expenses, as well as to provide financial assistance to those who may not have otherwise had the opportunity to pursue higher education.
